Three areas of support

Each area works from the documents you already have: plans, specifications, schedules or models.

Cost Estimating & Planning

Quantities, material lists, budgets, bid documentation and change order reviews - measured from your drawings and organised by scope or trade.

Drafting & Shop Drawings

Fabrication and installation drawings for millwork, finishes, openings, metals and precast, produced as organized, review-ready packages.

BIM Coordination & Clash Detection

Federated model review that identifies conflicts between building systems and documents them clearly before work reaches the site.

Capabilities across the project

From early budget figures through to fabrication-level drawings and model coordination.

ESTIMATING & PLANNING

DRAWING & DETAILING

COORDINATION & BIM

Documentation built for the people using it

Clear documentation

Every deliverable is labelled, structured and traceable back to the source drawing or specification it came from.

Practical project support

We work to the way your team buys, fabricates and installs, not to a generic template.

Detailed estimating

Quantities are broken down by scope, trade or area so figures can be checked line by line.

Organised drawing packages

Drawings arrive as a coordinated set with consistent naming, revision marks and schedules.

Coordination-focused workflow

Conflicts and open questions are raised early, with enough information to act on them.

Professional deliverables

Files are supplied in the formats your team and your fabricators already work with.

Client types

General Contractors

Bid-stage quantities, budget support and coordinated drawing packages.

Subcontractors

Trade-specific takeoffs and shop drawings for pricing and fabrication.

Early budgets and feasibility figures before design is finalised.

Fabricators

Fabrication layouts and detail drawings suited to shop production.

Millwork Contractors

Cabinetry and architectural woodwork drawings with elevations and sections.

Architectural Product Contractors

Openings, glazing, finishes and specialty package documentation.

Construction Project Teams

Model coordination and issue documentation across disciplines.

Design & Consulting Teams

Drafting support that extends in-house capacity during busy periods.

Five steps from enquiry to delivery

FAQ

Common questions

What services do you offer?

Cost estimating and planning, drafting and shop drawings, and BIM coordination and clash detection.

Who do you work with?

General contractors, subcontractors, builders and developers, fabricators, millwork contractors, architectural product contractors, construction project teams, and design and consulting teams.

What do you need to start?

Current drawings, any specifications or finish schedules, the trades to be covered, and your required format and deadline.

Do you provide priced estimates?

Pricing is applied only where you supply rates or an agreed rate source. Otherwise quantity columns are issued with rates left open for your team.

Do your services include structural calculations?

No. Drafting and detailing are provided without structural calculations. Where these are required, they are handled separately by the project’s engineer.
