Drafting & Shop Drawings
Shop drawings for specific trade and building-component packages — millwork, finishes, openings, metals, glazing and precast — developed from design intent drawings and issued as organised, review-ready packages for fabrication and installation. This is trade-level shop drawing support, not overall building or house design.
INTRODUCTION
Built for the shop and the site
Shop drawings sit between design intent and what actually gets made. Each package covers a specific trade or component — such as millwork, glazing, a ceiling package or a metalwork run — rather than the overall building or house design. Our packages carry consistent sheet naming, dimensioned elevations and sections, material and finish references, and clear revision marking — so fabricators, installers and reviewers are all working from the same information.

What types of shop drawings do you provide?
Millwork and cabinetry, architectural woodwork, stone and tile layouts, openings and hardware, drywall and ceilings, finishes, glazing, miscellaneous metal, and precast placement diagrams.
Can you prepare drawings for fabrication?
Yes. Fabrication-level drawings are produced to the detail your shop requires, including piece numbering and material references, once the scope and level of detail are agreed.
Do your services include structural calculations?
No. Drafting and detailing are provided without structural calculations. Where these are required, they are handled separately by the project’s engineer.
What file formats do you work with?
Common CAD and PDF formats are standard. Specific software and output formats are confirmed at scope review.
